Bio:

Aisha Jordan is an Actor, Writer, and Producer in new media with a B.A. from The New School and M.A. in Arts and Politics from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She was recently a Podcast Producer with Lifetime and A&E for I Love a Lifetime Movie, The Table is Ours, and other unscripted works. She is a Staff Writer with Black Nerd Problems, Co-Creator / Co-Host of the entertainment review podcast 2Nerds and an Actor. Jordan is a Co-Executive Producer with the newly formed Village Park Productions, projects including The Karamazovs feature film, The Traumatist short, and sketch comedy series #HashtagTheShow.

Her company's works have been awarded the Made in NY Women in Media, accepted to the Brooklyn Arts Council’s Art Fund, and awarded funds by the New York State Council on the Arts. Her artistic works have been accepted to the New York International Fringe Festival. She’s performed experimental poetry works around the world with the Hemispheric Insitute and the EmergeNYC program. As an Actor, Jordan was featured in Title X’s PSA on reproductive rights, ID Discovery, HBO’s Random Acts of Flyness, and voiceover work with the audio app Dipsea Stories. She’s a current member of the Writer’s Guild of America East.
